Prior to joining RIF, Williams served as the Human Resources director for The American Occupational Therapy Association in Bethesda, Md., and the Human Resources director for Hearts & Homes For Youth, Inc., in Silver Spring, Md. She has also served as the employee benefits manager for the American Bankers Association in Washington, D.C. Williams earned a masters of arts in business management from Webster University in Webster Groves, Mo., and a bachelor of arts in journalism from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kan. Williams is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Society for Human Resources Management. |
