Tied with Chasing Redbird, The Wanderer is my favorite! Personally, I loved Sopie's entries, but even Cody's were awesome! My 4th grade class loved it. When it was recess time, our whole class asked to stay in for our teacher to read one more chapter! If I could use one word to describe this book it would be...wait, it's impossible to only use one word!

The Wanderer is a work of art. When I read it I thought I was on the boat with Sophie and Cody. Personally I liked Sophie's entries better than Cody's, but they were both very, very well written.

I just finished this book and it is about a girl, Sophie who travels across the atlantic to see her Bompie(the nickname for her granpa) with her two cousins and three uncles. Sophie is not related to them by blood, her parents died and Cody, her cousin wants to know how. Do you think you know?
