It was a great book about a teenage girl named Zinny Taylor. She uncovers a trail, but more than that, she uncovers some family secrets.

This was a fairly easy book to read, nevertheless, it still was entertaining and cute. I felt at times that the author was a little cheesy with some of her attempted depthness, but it worked for me and I suppose I would recommend this book to readers in the 5th - 7th grade level.

The story Chasing Redbird is a great book. It's about a little girl who made herself a mission for the summer. Her mission was to complete a trail that was covered somewhere in her ranch. It's not an ordinary trial, the trail hides some of her family secrets.
