Prizes for RIF's "Give A Hoot About Animals" Writing Contest
RIF's "Give a Hoot About Animals" writing contest ran from February 14-March 31, 2006 for kids ages 5-15. Visit the main contest page to learn more. Click here to to see the official rules.
Prizes:
Entries were sorted into three age groups: ages 5-8, 9-11, and 12-15. There was one grand prize winner and three runners up in each age group category, with a total of 12 prizes.

The "Give a Hoot About Animals" prize pack, which includes a subscription to Ranger Rick or Your Big Backyard magazine and a backpack filled with books, a T-shirt, CD, poster, journal, and stickers. Grand prize winners will receive autographed copies of Hoot, the soundtrack, and poster. |
