Nala, Nala,
How proud you stand,
Sticking out like a ruby in the sand,
A true queen,
Whose fur is a sparkling sheen,
Black as night,
Who shines like a lantern,
Leading the way,
I truly think she could rule humans some day,
If only she didn't have those pesky back feet,
So for now she'll just continue chasing squirrels up the street
