I Love Roxy

I love bunny days, bunny days
full of soft secrets and smooth music days,
funny thoughts in your playful mind
as you hop away from me in the garden
where plants like ti-leaves and rose bushes
grow as you nibble the grass. 

I love Roxy days, Roxy days
hungry tummy and yummy carrot days
as you snack on timothy hay, nibble sticks,
lettuce, candy like gummy bears
(which is your favorite), pellets and water
in your bowls in your cozy cage
that is in the garage.

I love happy rabbit days, happy rabbit days,
rascally, silly, perfect, hoppy, floppy days
as we chase each other around the house
or as you dig two holes in our couch
or when you go to my room and hide under the bed
on happy, hippity-hoppity, flippity-floppity rabbit days.
