Vice President, Literacy Services — Judy joined RIF in 2011. She has taught students from the graduate college level to the middle grades. Active in family and workplace literacy since 1986, Judy has trained tutors, teachers, volunteers, and parents. Bringing a depth of educational knowledge and experience, Judy promotes and advances RIF’s literacy initiatives.
