summaryWhether it is your birthday or a family member's birthday, everyone will get to make a wish with these cupcakes.

Materials that you'll need: Paper, pencil or computer, homemade cupcakes, frosting.
Each member of the household (except the person celebrating the birthday) writes a special birthday wish on a small slip of paper. Wishes may be fond (May you stay as sweet as you are now) or facetious (May you receive twice as many presents as you did on your last birthday!). Make the cupcakes with the help of a parent, or older brother or sister. To stuff the wishes, first make a hole in each cupcake. Poke a wish slip in each hole, then spread on frosting to cover the holes. As everyone bites into their own cupcakes, they can remove the wish slip and read it aloud for the whole family to hear.
