Pippi Longstocking

This is the story of Pippi Langstrump, a 9-year-old girl with red pigtails and freckles whose mother died when she was a baby and whose father is lost at sea. Pippi moves into Villa Vilekula with her pet monkey, Mr. Nisson, and her horse. She meets Annika and Tommy and undertakes the challenge of trying to fit in with the everyday world.
