Word Root Lesson on “Dent"

The word dental comes from the Latin word root dent- which means "teeth." Use this lesson to invite students to explore the word root dent-, learn how it appears in different words, and strengthen their vocabulary, background knowledge, and comprehension through a fun, meaningful activity. October is National Dental Hygiene Month, so be sure to use this activity during October!
