Huggly wants to do the things that human children do. But it’s never as easy as he thinks. Children will laugh along with him as he tries to understand their world.
The story centers on Katniss Everdeen, who lives in the dystopian nation of Panem. Katniss is from District 12, the country’s poorest nation, which is being punished by the Capitol for past rebellions: Two children must participate in the Hunger Games each year.
