Owls are quiet and hard to find. Janie wants to see one so badly. She looks on the prairie, on the beach, and in the woods. But months go by, and she sees no owls. Her teacher tells her to be quiet, be patient, and look very closely. Then one snowy day, Janie looks high in the trees, and there it is, pure magic.
