Reporting

Report your Activities

This survey measures the number of students reached and the number of books distributed. Complete one report for all 3 of your celebration events by September 30, 2019. Click here for a sample report.

Educator Impact Survey

We also measure the success of our programs with educator feedback on their evaluation of the impact of the program on their students. Please have all educators involved in the program share their opinions by completing the survey below by September 30, 2019.

Family Impact Survey

We also strive to obtain feedback from the parents whose children participated in the program. We offer a customizable message to accompany the survey in both English and Spanish.  You can send the survey link to your parents via email, newsletter, take-home letter, etc. Click below for templated messaging and survey links.
