Isaac joined RIF as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in 2025. In this capacity, he functions as a key leader in the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance measurement activities.
Prior to joining RIF, Isaac was the Director of Financial Operations at the National Park Foundation.
Isaac is a CPA and holds a master’s degree in finance from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland.
