Jodi Esposito is a digital marketing and communications leader with extensive experience developing strategies that drive engagement, visibility, and growth for mission-driven organizations. She currently serves as Director of Digital Marketing at Reading Is Fundamental (RIF), where she oversees digital strategy, content, and analytics across RIF’s platforms to enhance awareness and inspire a love of reading among children nationwide.

Prior to joining RIF, Jodi held senior marketing roles leading initiatives in digital engagement, brand storytelling, and partnership development. Her experience includes managing large-scale campaigns, website development, and data-driven outreach strategies designed to deepen audience connection and support organizational goals.

Earlier in her career, Jodi worked in advocacy and business development, where she helped advance key initiatives supporting creators and educators through strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.

Outside of her professional role, Jodi volunteers with Cake4Kids Northern Virginia, baking birthday cakes for children in underserved communities and helping coordinate local fundraising efforts.

Jodi holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University.
