Matt Seward joined RIF in 2026.  In his current role as Vice President of Program Operations, he leads strategic program execution for funders with a strong focus on operational excellence, metrics-driven decision-making, and customer-first outcomes. 

Matt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in education technology to RIF. He has held senior roles in account management, customer support, and partner renewals supporting schools and districts nationwide and internationally. 

Originally from Cumberland, MD, he holds a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Frostburg State University. When not at work, Matt is an avid model railroading fan and proud father of two boys.
