Taek Lee serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Gallup, where he is responsible for corporate financial governance, strategic financial analytics, and long term organizational growth. He additionally oversees Gallup’s digital and licensing channels and leads the company’s business operations across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Since joining Gallup in 2011, Taek has held multiple global leadership positions, contributing broad expertise in organizational strategy, financial stewardship, and executive advisory.   

Prior to assuming his current role, Taek served as a Director, leading Gallup’s operations in the central United States, Latin America, and global licensing. He previously led Gallup’s consulting group in Southeast Asia, advising senior executives across sectors on applying Gallup’s workplace and marketplace analytics to strengthen organizational performance and culture. His work emphasizes evidence based leadership and measurable business outcomes.   

Taek is a member of the CFO Coalition Leadership Group for the United Nations Global Compact, where he contributes to initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.   

He also serves on the executive committee of the board of directors for the Omaha Chamber of Commerce and on the board of trustees for Eastern University.  

Taek earned his bachelor’s degree from Long Beach State University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Eastern University.
