Embrace Sweetness Worth Sharing
RIF and Driscoll’s launch partnership collaboration with the release of Driscoll’s new children’s book, A Sofia Special, written by Julia Falatko and illustrated by Vivian Mineker. Sharing the importance of resilience and friendship, RIF and Driscoll’s held a launch event of A Sofia Special at a Brooklyn elementary school during National Reading Month with six additional events throughout the year in Driscoll’s growing communities in California and consumer markets in Washington D.C. and Boston, MA.
Turning Screen Time into Story Time
Driscoll’s launched its Berry Patch Book Club with a collection of four original children’s stories released throughout 2026. Partnering together to ensure that every child has access to these titles, the new books are proudly featured for free on Skybrary, RIF’s ebook library curated by literacy experts. Driscoll’s is also donating a portion of proceeds for every physical book purchased on Amazon. Together, we are creating moments of connection where stories are read aloud, imaginations come alive, and confidence begins to grow.
Growing Readers into Joyful Readers
Driscoll’s brings its employees and growing partners together annually to support RIF Book Celebration events at local schools in their communities. Kicking off the new school year or launching into summer reading, these volunteer events create special moments for students to discover the joy of reading – and a special treat. Driscoll’s generously supports the events with a berry feast for every student along with volunteers to lead activities including read alouds of Driscoll’s children’s books and arts and crafts.
