Dobbs Elementary Buzzing with Excitement on New Reading Corner

Reading Is Fundamental and Amazon surprised the students at Dobbs Elementary in Atlanta, GA with a new reading corner in the school library.

This milestone was celebrated through a book event that began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the Dobbs staff and students. Ramping up the festivities was a read-aloud by author Mack Brown, who brought his book A Pup Named Bunch to life. Then, the children selected fun books to take home and even made their own books during the Make Your Own Book activity with RIF staff and Amazon volunteers.

The kids wrapped up the event by gathering at their new reading corner, reading their new books!
