Exciting Reading Corner Event at Charles Barrett Elementary

Life truly rocks at Charles Barrett Elementary School! Reading Is Fundamental and Amazon teamed up to bring magic to the school with a brand new reading corner reveal that had kids and school staff buzzing with excitement. 

Students got to handpick their very own high-quality books, connect with amazing Amazon volunteers, and soak in all the good reading vibes. But the real showstopper? A surprise live read-aloud with none other than D.C.'s very own author Shidan Youssefian, who brought his book Life Really Socks to life right before their eyes, proving that great books and RIF book celebration events go hand in hand!
